This blog is purely for expressing my many emotions surrounding BBC Sherlock. I'm a fairly recent fan, I didn't see the show until last October.

My personal blog was getting quite cluttered with all the Sherlock blogging. I've decided to separate the two until they can get along better and I'm able to refrain from excessive posting.

Can we talk about Sheetlock for a moment?

So I just rewatched ASiB and realized that Sherlock must have been Sheetlock the entire time the driver was telling his story.

Mostly because the driver is shown later, still in the same clothes as when he arrived, and so is John. It can’t have been the following day because John was “in Dublin yesterday”, but was there for the driver’s story. So that means the driver arrived and immediately told his story that morning, which sent John immediately to the crime scene on the same day.

Furthermore, you don’t actually see Sherlock at any point before John shows up at the crime scene. You just hear his voice telling the driver to not be boring. So now I’m imagining Sherlock doing something like this:

Just chilling there in his sheet, interviewing clients and looking for an interesting case.

And John’s sitting there in the background on the couch, all nonchalant and fully dressed, like “just another normal day…”
